My work bridges the physical and spiritual realms, helping neurodivergent souls reconnect with themselves, their intuition and spirit in a way that feels grounded, safe and deeply human.
Through psychic readings, energy healings and intuitive development, I work with your guides, higher self and broader spirit team to uncover what's happening beneath the surface, make sense of what you're experiencing and help you move forward with more clarity, self-trust and understanding.
This is not about handing your power over to me.
It's about helping you remember your connection to yourself, your body and the unseen world around you.

My approach to spirituality is grounded, collaborative and deeply rooted in discernment. I believe intuition is something we all have access to, but many neurodivergent people have spent their whole lives overriding their instincts, needs and nervous system in order to survive.
When we disconnect from ourselves long enough, we stop trusting the information our body and intuition are trying to give us.
That’s why nervous system awareness and energetic discernment are such huge parts of my work.
Whether I’m communicating with your guides during a reading, clearing and restoring your energy field in a healing session or teaching intuitive development, the goal is always the same: to help you reconnect with yourself safely while teaching you how to navigate the unseen world with clarity, confidence and autonomy.

They’re deeply sensitive, intuitive and emotionally exhausted from spending years trying to survive in a world that taught them not to trust themselves.

Whether you have a specific question or simply feel lost and unsure where to begin, I work directly with your guides, higher self and spiritual team to uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, where the current path is leading and what needs to be understood in order to move forward clearly.
I don’t believe in handing people rigid predictions or pretending free will doesn’t exist.
Spirit shows us possibilities, patterns, lessons and deeper truths. My role is to help interpret that information in a way that feels empowering, practical and meaningful for your actual life.

My healing sessions combine Reiki, intuitive energetic work and spirit led guidance to help bring your body, energy and nervous system back into balance.
Each session begins with a scan of your energy field where I identify what’s being carried, where imbalance exists and what spirit wants brought forward. From there, I work to clear stagnant or external energy, restore areas of depletion and channel supportive frequencies through the body and aura.
Your guides, ancestors and team in spirit are welcome throughout the process and often actively involved in the healing itself.
Some people cry.
Some people laugh.
Some people feel warmth, tingling or emotional release.
Some people simply leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.
There’s no right way to experience it. You’re allowed to just arrive exactly as you are.

I teach intuitive and psychic development specifically for AuDHD people because most mainstream spiritual spaces were never built with neurodivergent brains in mind.
Most of the people I work with aren’t lacking intuition. They’ve simply spent years disconnecting from their body, overriding their instincts and trying to navigate life using frameworks that never matched the way they actually operate.
My programmes focus on helping you reconnect with your nervous system, understand your energetic sensitivity and safely develop your relationship with spirit in a grounded and sustainable way.
